NEW YEAR'S EVE WEDDING A Destination Wedding Valley River Inn

Julian and Sarah's Engagement pictures! Their vintage wedding (private) will be Valley River Inn with Satin Love Lace playing on the ground floor. I'll post some more when it's not so late at night. All these photos were taken in Eugene and shot in B&W then toned. Their very cute dog is going to be the ring bearer for their wedding ceremony. There will be pictures posted here.

How do you Make the Right Choice When Faced with Decisions

IN these times of economic difficulties, it is period that we can take a breather and remember what our dreams were in the first place. Worrying doesn't seem to make anything different. I know that people (TV) has been telling us for a long time that we NEED lots of material things in our lives and we have mostly all bought into it. So our workdays have become longer because we have to pay for all the stuff they've convinced us that we need. But now thanks to extra time off we can get the clutter out of our head.

What is important? What's the matter with driving and older car or learning to buy differently?

In January I have 3 options that are open to me in my photography career. It's exciting but scary. Scary because I want it to be blessed by God and all 3 things seem equally "right" to do. I haven't felt that I should do one over another yet. So I'm looking at the past and realizing that whenever God gives me something to do I never know it until the last 5 minutes. I am trying to keep the peace and clarity in my heart and not over think everything.
I wish I could do all three but it would be impossible.

Look at the bottom Left of this blog There is a very nice music video and there is a stats which shows people from all over the world who visit. You can copy and paste that right onto your own blog and enjoy.

A beautiful Caribbean Wedding begins with the sweetest flower girls carrying petals in Conch shells. The shells will be used again by future brides(another way to practice Green Wedding ethics!) Next come the bridesmaids. More of Jennifer's Caribbean Wedding tomorrow and how to make green weddings work.
God bless everyone until another day.If you are planning a destination wedding and need some advice feel free to contact me for advice! Destination Weddings are not much difference in price than weddings at home and I'll tell you why.

Why a Wedding in San Miguel de Allende? Here's 6 Good Reasons

San Migule de Alende
Photography Sherrlyn Borkgren http://www.BorkgrenPhoto.net
Why should you consider a wedding in San Migule de Allende? Here are a few good reasons to go to San Miguele de Allende:
Best airfare prices ever this winter!
No reason to get stuck at a mechanical resort when you can dive into the culture of Mexico and add some uniqueness and color to your wedding day. Here's some reasons:
1. San Miguel de Allende's colonial architecture
2. Cobblestone Streets and the evening music in the square
3. Mexican food --- like "real" Mexican chocolate or atol served on street corners!
4. Bargain shopping on arts such as beautiful weavings, ceramics, masks, and paintings
5. Perfect year round weather (even golf at the Malaquin)
6. I am offering great wedding photography deals throughout Mexico,Guatemala,Belize and Costa Rica. I limit how many weddings I shoot so give me a hoot.

Giselle & Mike Engagement Photos & Rainsongs

Mike & Giselle engagement Wedding theme: Books & Latino (Beans) Favorite color:Purple, Favorite pass time: Head in books. Photography Sherrlyn http://www.lovesimplyhappens.com

Forever was a dream, in the midst of forest, up a mountain path, she takes me in her arms, a dream I sing forever with this girl in the mist of rain a song, I sing.

Where is that girl now? Mike and Giselle are so much fun. They came from Chicago to have their photo shoot- really just an excuse to indulge in the greenery of Oregon. Mike & Giselle-- brainy, sweet and fun- did I say fun, fun fun? It rained during our complete photo shoot but they endured and laughed over it. This picture was taken during a warm up break in Eugene Oregon.

Mix a soon to be lawyer and a child loving nanny and what do you get? Fun loving Giselle and Mike! Not only are these two happy and fun they got a plan!

Slumdog Millionaire - India Wedding

Destination Wedding Photography http://www.lovesimplyhappens.com

Visit my wedding photography website: http://www.lovesimplyhappens.com
I photograph from Oregon across the USA to your wedding destination anywhere on the globe.
India Weddings are infused with oranges, reds lots of amazing food and they last a very long time. Their wedding began the night before informally and lasted for a good 24 hours. This may explain why the couple does not smile a lot as well as that this is only the second time that they have met. (I hope hope that they are good for each other). The woman's parents pay the grooms parents at least a year ahead for the prospective marriage. The woman will move into the man's family home until they someday get a home of their own.
This wedding in Chennai India was lovely even under florescent lights. A nightmare for color correcting but I can deal.
After seeing Slumdog Millionaire tonight I got that extra breathe to at least put up a few pictures from the beautiful wedding in India.
Incredible colors. Not exactly a destination wedding as they obvious live there. The food is amazing. The people incredible and capable of staying awake extremely long hours.
