The Google Story or is it YOUR STORY?

Take a breathe and blow- remember the dandelions how the seeds blow in the wind and sparkle in the sun's rays. Life is beautiful like this. We choose everyday what we live. Moment by moment precept by precept we can celebrate the joy of moments or let them glide by. You once a child now facing a big day, an important day. Big enough to hire a professional photographer. I don't like keywords. I just want to talk with you. I want to know who you are and if I am to photograph you, will you want unique non cliche photos? You, maybe a future friend, maybe you are someone who has a story to tell? A wedding story? A time to preserve a moment a slice of your life with my photographer's eye? I photograph and write for magazines around the world. I photograph weddings and I photograph politics and world news. I know many people get agitated that I mix the two but hey I deserve to do both. I think just photographing weddings or just photographing politics keeps one's mind in a box, rigid and it's not a place I ever want to live. When I photograph your wedding it actually provides me with a lovely reality that there is love, good, and a wholesome charity in our world. Couples in love are so amazing. A wedding day brings out all the thoughtfulness, kindness and ahhh sometimes the adrenaline of the wedding couple, the wedding party, the parents of the bride and groom. I'll love your wedding. Photographing a wedding is not easy but after 15 years behind the camera lens it's an opportunity to look for uniqueness and joy. I have lived in several countries including Mexico, Guatemala and Belize, Costa Rica Iraq.

Me? Travel frequently internationally. Believe in God. I have strong principles. Love my dog so much and I"m a real people person. I love chatting, being around others and to hear your story.
Love photographing destination weddings from Italy weddings to Mexico wedding. This website will occasionally be kidnapped for humanitarian, ecological and animal rights because when I am not shooting a wedding or being a wedding photographer I have all these things that I care about and put energy into. EDDINGS or doing something to pay the love forward.

I have worked in photography for about 15 years. My first photography work was with New York Newsday, then Great Falls Tribune and finally San Diego Tribune oh and of course Dallas Morning News. Later I covered the war in Iraq for magazines and spent 10 years in Guatemala as a foreign correspondent. Now I have translated my experience into wedding photojournalism. I'm based in Eugene Oregon and I still travel shooting weddings in places like Santorini, Sayulita, and San Miguele de Allende.
